POACHED egg and ‘proper’ chips please, not oven chips.

Egg and chips.

I make homemade "oven" chips, and then they are nearly done, I arrange the chips to create little pockets to crack eggs into, then the eggs can bake in the oven with the chips to come out close to "fried". And all in one pan, saves washing up.

Egg and chips with bread and butter, salt vinegar and ketchup.
