Wierd things your cat does

One of our cats is very much a Queen Bee.

She is now 17 and since she was a baby and she needs to go to the litter tray she prowls around the house for half an hour or so yowling. It is like she is utterly offended to be confronted with her own bodily needs.

For years one or the other of us have yelled at her in exasperation; 'For God's sake will you just go to the TOILET!!!'

My previous cat chewed plastic bags and liked a yogurt. Current one likes to sit on your chest rather than your lap and flips over his feeding bowl if empty.

My old boy likes playing fetch too, but only with a crisp packet folded up into a triangle. Nothing else.

Wow @Elieza I would never have thought it could be a vitamin deficiency?! I will mention it to the vet. Thanks for the heads up

One of mine is obsessed with falling out of the bedroom windonw. We hear him plop onto the decking below and then he shoots in through the cat flap and straight out of the window again. He's gets very upset if we close it.

My other cat lives in a drawer under the bed. She squeezes under the footboard and then hops into the drawer over the back. We only know she's there because she wakes us up with her snoring.

We had a cat many years ago that used to lick our uncles armpits when he got in from work

My cat is just a lap cat, his previous owner was an elderly lady and it also seems that he doesn't like toys, won't play with them or show any interest, all he wants to do is sit in your lap or sit next to me making sure he's touching me

Think he has abandonment issues, elderly owner died then he was passed through the family till we found him online last year, he's about 12

My cat loves croissants. He will steal them out the packet if your not looking.

DCat1 - obsessed with Christmas tree baubles, he has miaowing at me to move the fridge today there was about 30 under there. He also attacks and destroys plastic bags.

DCat 3 - plays fetch with Pom poms he carries them all over the house then drowns them in the dogs water bowl. He also sucks and kneads my furry cushions.

DCat 3 - my tortie girl is normal compared to the crazy boys

My cat absolutely detests visitors , she will tolerate immediate family except any children who she detests the most .
Her most fear is any workmen I think it's from a few years ago when we had a extension while we were still home it was a nightmare for her she was petrified.
Now even the window cleaner who obviously doesn't even come in the house has her hiding in fear under the kitchen cupboards until he's gone .

Found mine eating out of the fridge when one the kids had left the door open!

My three-legged cat used to being me tribute in the form of things he could actually catch: crisp packets, cigarette cartons ... and on one notable occasion a 1982 badge collectors' monthly magazine (it was 2003) Bless him.
