Hi,
So we have a neighbor that has three cars but they only use one. They have a driveway that can be made for two spaces but they only use is for one. The other two cars they park outside our house. Sometimes it blocks us getting out but some of our driveway isn't raised so legally they can park there but if people use common sense you'd think oh well that person can't get out so I won't park there.
We live in a cul-de-sac and have just bought a family car. I have a fair few times not been able to get on my drive so have to park down the road and with shopping etc can't get there. I have put a letter through their door explaining the issue but they still don't park respectfully and I wonder if it's made it worse as they now park with huge gaps in between without moving up to accommodate us getting in the drive. They have a convertible, a van for business and a ford fiesta and there just a couple in their 60s.
I just don't understand why people have to be so difficult when it's already hard as it is. It's not my fault that I can only afford this kind of property with rubbish accesibility for my family car
