I love your style. It's got a warm country look to it and the colours are really calming. Beautiful.

Nosuchluck · 04/07/2020 16:58

Beautiful.

Honestly I find the effect a bit twee. It's a lovely room; I don't think the fussy extras are adding anything. I like the tablecloth and don't mind the flower painting but all those hearts are a bit much. You did ask!

IShitGlitter · 04/07/2020 17:11

Thank you for the lovely comments. It was very bare before just plain above fireplace and the bunting was just there so it's just kind of stayed. The table was bare and the chairs were all mismatched colours. The jug of flowers isn't normally there just because I had some lovely stocks and had no base it looked right in Blush

Are the white doors cupboard doors or a door to another room, they are really lovely?

IShitGlitter · 04/07/2020 17:20

It's a cupboard door. Big huge things the Christmas tree lives there Grin

I'd love doors like that in my next house.

IShitGlitter · 04/07/2020 17:39

Go for a Victorian house next Wink

It’s lovely. I just think it needs a little more of that lovely duck egg blue/green colour.

Dogsaresomucheasier · 04/07/2020 17:42

I love the shabby chic, rustic look. I think it’s brilliant.

BumbleBeee69 · 04/07/2020 17:46

I don't like the decorations: it's too old lady for my taste but I would kill for the exposed brick wall.

JustanotherTuesday · 04/07/2020 18:27

That is such a pretty look. I love that style, sadly I live in a modern house .

cicatrix1 · 04/07/2020 18:48

Love it!

weepingwillow22 · 04/07/2020 19:59

It looks very homely and the colours blend beautifully. My OH would hate it though Grin

Nanalisa60 · 04/07/2020 20:07

It looks lovely very country kitchen, not my style but I always appreciate other people’s different taste it’s probably very you.

CandidaAlbicans2 · 04/07/2020 22:33

It's nice. Reminds me of a tea shop Smile

EasilyDelighted · 04/07/2020 22:48

I think its fussy and a bit twee, sorry. Keep the bunting but not the heart candleholders or vice versa. I like the flower painting but not the chicken one - I'd take that off the fireplace and put the pot of flowers up there.

Yes agree about the hearts bunting. Other than that it's nice.
Zenithbear · 04/07/2020 23:59

Looks lovely. I like the bunting, cupboards and the wall best. Don't like the flower picture personally.
