My ex husband hasn't paid for 2 months now, he hasn't been furloughed or lost his job he's just using this to his advantage and I want to move over to collect and pay. This is not the first time he has missed payments but it seems impossible to move over to collect and pay any advice on how to push for it? And more importantly when child maintenance will start dealing with missed payments please?
