Dr Who bedroom

We are redecorating my DD bedroom and she wants a Dr Who theme Confused. Can't find any curtains- may have to make them myself! I also can't find any 100% cotton duvet sets, only poly cotton. Is poly cotton complete crap?? Or does anyone know where I can get cotton from?
