Is music magpie the best place for selling dvds still?

I have about 100 dvds to clear out

I’ve used music magpie before years ago

Are they still worth using or anyone else worth trying?

I would be interested to know people’s thoughts on this too!

I’ve used ziffit and webuybooks in the past without any problems. I found it best to check each dvd on each site as the prices they offer vary quite considerably.

I've used Ziffit a couple of times and I agree with PP they're pretty good and at the moment they'll collect from your front door for free if its over I think 5kg, though they don't accept everything. I also agree with testing prices across a few different sites if you can be bothered, especially as you've got so many to sell, it might be that one site offers 50p while the other offers 8p, or one will accept something the other won't.

Also have a look at sale pricing for bulk lots on eBay, as far less hassle as you can just take photos of them laid out in grids on the floor. No need to list individual titles, just give a few examples of the genres etc. I got rid of about 200 cds by doing this a few years ago.

But don't expect to get much however you sell them, I think physical media falls into 'you can barely give it away' category these days. There's a house in our village where the owner attached a huge shelving unit to the front wall full of DVDs on a 'please help yourself' basis, obviously having a lockdown clear out, and it was there for weeks without seemingly having many takers.
