Just doing some Amazon browsing for my niece’s birthday. I have a couple of observations/questions/pet hates about reviews and customer questions. If you are one of the following people please can you explain why you do what you do:
- People who answer the customer questions with “Oh I’m sorry I don’t know” 😂 it’s not compulsory to answer the questions!!
- People who leave a negative product review because they had a bad delivery experience. Fine, by all means disclose that the item took an age to come, or that your delivery man wanged it over the hedge and smashed the product into a thousand pieces. But I’m looking for information about the product and your one star is neither relevant nor helpful.
Any others??
