Management Company For Private Road

If you have a management company for your private road, please could I have the name of it as I am trying to obtain quotes and the internet is not very forthcoming. Thank you.

You can do it yourself. Set up a limited company through a solicitor with the agreement of everyone in the road. You all sign a contract drawn up.

I know a road if occupants that did this.

@Mydiary we are already set up as a Limited Company but unfortunately there are some directors who don't feel they need to stick to what they signed. It's become a problem amongst the residents so we feel the best way forward now is to have an outside company who can sort all the problems out legally if need be.
