What bits do you take, do you believe they help?
I have seen an enormous change since I started taking them, as I'm fairly new to this I'm always on the look out for any improvements or things I should add.
So far I take
Vit d, high dose not outside as much as I should be
Vit b, great for overall health (can help with mozzie bites)
Vit c, helps my bones after a hysterectomy
Multi vit with iron, all over health
Strong magnesium, restless legs and helps with sleep
Melatonin, helps rest body clock to aid sleep.
I'm looking to add maybe vit e, boosts the immune system, possibly turmeric.
My hair and nails look so much better and I feel less sluggish.
