BT internet help

We are moving to a new build and sadly we have no choice but to get our broadband from BT as they haven't shared the line with other providers yet. We've been with Sky for years. I am just looking at their broadband deals, I found fibre 1 for £27.99 a month, can anyone tell me if this includes the landline cost? I can't really tell and I can only go so far into the process before needing to start inputting details. So just wondering if anyone knows if line rental is included in BT or would we be paying extra. Thanks.

Hi we were in the same boat. BT package £28 which they've recently put up by another £10 or so, to include landline. However, as far as i can tell, i would still need to buy a phone and the line rental is at least another £20 per month! Im looking into shopping around to see if any other providers are covering the estate for cheaper.

Gosh that's so extortionate, I think they're so ridiculously priced I don't want to go with them. We pay £27 a month for super fast fibre and get free landline. Looks like we'd have to pay double that with BT, and the bastards lock you in for so bloody long!
