Secondary school in Godalming

A bit of a long shot, but does anyone know Broadwater school in Godalming or King Edward's in Witley? We are moving into the area next month and these have places for year 10 for DD. Broadwater is state and King Edward's is private. We can pay the fees for 2 years , but I need to feel its worth it. Both look good on their website. Anyone local who knows either of them?

Thank you. We are going to rent to start with and have a viewing on a house in Godalming on Friday. But if that doesnt work out we have also narrowed it down to Farncombe and Milford. We have to move even though its not ideal with DD going into year 10. But seeing as shes not been in school since March anyway .....
