Post C-Section gift ideas?

A friend of ours has just had her first baby delivered by ELCS. I’d like to send her a little present along with the gift for the baby but not really sure what to get- it needs to be something I can send in the post as we don’t live particularly close by, and ideally not too expensive- about £15 max. Would appreciate any suggestions!

Do you know her rough shoe size? A nice pair of slip on slippers (not ones you have to bend down to pull the back to get your foot in) would be nice. I had three sections and it was something I didn’t think about with my first but it was a pain bending down to put on slippers.
