The ultimate jam?

I have a strawberry glut which needs jamming.

What should I add to make it extra?

Rhubarb. It is a lovely combination and the pectin in the rhubarb helps the jam set.

Oh dear lord no. I can’t abide rhubarb. Sorry.

Oh rubarb and strawberries preserve is the stuff of God's.

You can puree the strawberries and bag neatly in amounts of 200 grams. Easy to store in the freezer, great for smoothies during the winter months.

You cant improve strawberry jam by adding extras. It is perfection as it is.

I can't help with the strawberries, but I made raspberry and prosecco jam this week which is lovely!
