What on Earth is going on at Wickes?
We ordered some timber on line about 5 weeks ago. Part of the shipment arrived, but the other part hasn't, although it's marked as delivered on line.
No one is answering the phone, nor our emails.
I emailed the CEO Monday and a lady called Megan replied to tell me v our local store would call us to organise delivery, which they did yesterday, to tell us the delivery would arrive today.
It hasn't. The store isn't answering the phone so I've emailed the CEO again.
Google and FB tell me this is a common issue at the moment.
Is the store having problems? Will we get our wood?
