hi, is there any midwives about who could help?
few questions..... would someone be induced at 35 weeks for low waters, waters breaking also and baby not growing?
if so, would it be done as a matter of priority or a week or so later? and would mum be send back and forth to the hospital at the moment? then once induction was started and drip given to speed things up would mum be sent home as problems but not told the problems and be told to come back in 3 days?

steroids apparently given for babys lungs but no mention of the possibility of baby going into scbu

I’m not a midwife, so not sure about the induction process. I am a NICU nurse tho, babies born from 34 weeks can be cared for on the post natal ward if they (a) have the facility for it and (b) don’t require iv fluid, or respiratory support.
The post natal ward where I work can support babies from 34 weeks requiring feed support, 3 hourly NG feeds, heated mattress for hypothermia, phototherapy and IV antibiotics. If the babie needed further support or intervention then it would be admitted to NICU.
