How long before delivery do Waitrose tell you what's missing?

Anyone know? Morning delivery between 8am and 9am, will it be that morning?

If its anything like tesco it's when they actually deliver

They email receipt a little before delivery. Just looked at my last delivery and they emailed me 12.30 for a 4-5pm slot with a list of any changes etc

Waitrose have a different system to Tesco. They send an online receipt with details of missing items and substitutions about 3/4 hours before delivery. I normally try for a late morning slot and so get the receipt about 8am.

Asda are the quickest in telling you of any missing/sub items. Tesco tell you upon delivery, which gives you little or no time to make a decision on whether you want to return or keep and item.

Always on morning of delivery, I normally get aN early afternoon slot as I find too early in the day and you get more subs
