New iPhone 11 help!

I just bought the new iPhone 11 and it's been stuck on this screen literally all morning. Has anyone had this issue ? What do I do?

I had this exact experience with my new iPhone 11 as well. I had given up on it and intended taking it back to the store the following day. However I left it plugged in, with the wifi on, overnight and when I woke up it was all downloaded and set to go. So maybe give it 24 hours before you take it back ?

Quickest way is to plug it into itunes.

It needs to download an update- they tend to be big files and can take hours at peak times, which is why it’s best done overnight.

You could try a hard reset and see if you can boot it back up into the previous OS.

@ItsNotAboutTheChocolate it's so frustrating. Yeah I have to wait 24hours anyway before they replace it anyway.

I'm just so surprised that it takes this long I thought it would take maximum an hour. But Iv been sat here since 9am lol.

Let's hope it's done by tonight. I thought maybe it's faulty or something
