Hi - please help with some advise ... starting to go a little crazy :( we have a 3 year old who is waking at 5am every day and taking ages to go down at night (we try from 7pm till 11pm sometimes!) he then needs a short nap in the day at nursery as he is exhausted but the cycle continues which means we get no evening at all to wind down. on top of that we have a 1 year old who wakes at 4:30am EVERYDAY wide awake ready to play. he sleeps thru from 6:45pm but i cant get him to go later in the morning. he does good naps during the day too. I worry he will wake the older child so panic to get up and take him into another room so we dont make much noise. this causes a panic at 9pm if im not going to bed as i know i only have 6/7 hours to look forward to - with no evening most days. Any advise? im feeling so tired and run down i dont feel like exercising etc so its a fun time all round! Thanks for listening :)
