Anyone used a life coach?

I’m thinking of trying life coaching. Can anyone advise if it helped or was worth the money? How they found their life coach? How much coaching they had and what differences it made to their lives. I’m a wife, mother and have a fairly stressful job which I’m enjoying less and less but can’t give up. I just feel like my life has run away with me . I’ve had years of therapy which hasn’t helped, and I feel like my life isnt my own anymore. Every day I vow I’ll turn a new leaf and every day I have neither the incentive or drive to do so. Can a coach help?

I did about 15 years ago - it was with someone who was training and I was one of their subjects, so it was free. It was useful as I had just been through the most horrendous time professionally and a dreadful time personally and my self esteem was on the floor. Really gave me a lift!

I have. I found her online, saw we had a few things in common and contacted her. I found it really useful in fact I'm still using her tips and techniques a year and a half later! It wasn't life changing as such but gave me confidence and helped me look at things in a new light. I'm self employed and not on a big income so was expensive for me but worth every penny.
