Horrible PMS and period

Omg on Tuesday I looked 6 months pregnant, Wednesday full of acne and Thursday 3 hours of diarrhoe. Had lots of pelvic pain and rectal pain too. Now really heavy and cant stop sleeping. I hate being a woman lol

Poor you. Could you have endometriosis? The bloating, pain, fatigue and stabbing bottom pains are symptoms (loads of others).

I've got pcos but not being diagnosed endometriosis. I've had a ct scan but it didn't show anything. Every month is hell
