Every night my 6YO gets out of bed and walks downstairs whilst sleepwalking looking for the toilet. I guide him back upstairs, he does a wee and then I guide him back to bed.
It's usually at the same time every night and there have been a few occasions where I've screamed in terror because he crept up on me.
He goes to the toilet before bed but is this normal? He wanders everywhere if i don't guide him, doesn't talk and just flops into bed after. No recollection of it in the morning.
