We have just come from Ireland to GB on the ferry and on arrival last night at the port we discovered that an amendment we made in May to the return leg of the ticket did not go through (did it online and didn’t even notice that I didn’t get a new email confirming changes, I know, I know it’s my fault).
Return booked pre-Covid for 29 Aug and needed to change it to 28 June (just doing a hit and run to pick up some stuff).
Howwww has anyone changed details with Direct Ferries since lockdown? Their phones are down, they won’t let me amend online, there seems to be no way to get in touch with them!!!
Ferry itself is with Stena.
