I need to do quite a bit of baking for sunday and some of it will be best done at the last minute. I need to do some of the prep today If possible as I have plans tomorrow.
If I make shortcrust pastry for quiche and sausage rolls today, what would be best to do with it? Freeze? Fridge?
Or will it be horrid either way and I'd be better off waiting until tomorrow and working late into the night?

-lemon drizzle cake
-brownies
-coffee cake
-possibly shortbread biscuits
