JD Sports Gift Card

Anyone got a JD Sports gift card lying around to double check something for me? Can I ask how long / how many digits are in the long number? I've received a code and pin number via email and it's not being recognised on JD website when I go to buy something. I might be missing a digit or two. I've contacted JD but they might not reply for a few days. TIA

I can’t remember off hand but I want to say 16. Is it a leading zero that has maybe been dropped?

I’ve just has a quick google and it is supposed to be 19 digits. Have you tried phoning the customer service number?
