Amazon return

I buy a lot online and I also shop on amazon.co.uk.

I don't usually have any problems with amazon. My recent order was defective. It was vegetable trolley. One of the connecting poles is not tapered and doesn't slot into place and so I can't have the 3 tier trolley.

I never had to organise a return before. I had a quick look about on amazon. It looks like there might be return label for me to print but I don't have a printer.

How would I go about organising a return?

you don't need a printer - I returned something on Saturday - go to the order and click to return and it will give you various options on how - I chose to return at the post office but for the post office to print the label - easy!

The last time I did one I'm sure they sent some kind of code on an email that I took to the post office where they used it to generate the return label.

It was a while ago and may depend on the seller but it was no trouble at all.

Do you know anybody with a printer you could use?
There must be another way, but I wouldn’t know, & print your own label is quick & efficient.

You can choose to use either Hermes or RM, then you can select to either print your own label or print one in store. Select the in-store option and it will send you a QR code. Take that and they will print the label for you. If you're using Hermes only some drop offs have printers, so check there's one close enough to you first.

I would speak to them. I've only ever returned one item but I have had many refunds and items replaced. They might offer you the option of a refund or they might send a label to you.

I think I figured it out. I have the label on the phone. I will print it at the chemist in the photo print machine and stick that on the box.
