Help! Baby room is 29 degrees

Any advice/tips how I can cool down a room quickly before bedtime? I've left the blackout curtains closed all day, all windows and doors open upstairs to try and create a breeze. Even got a really good fan in there but the baby monitor is still flashing too hot at 29 degrees Sad
Any help would be appreciated!

How old is baby? I used to put Dd to bed in just a nappy and then periodically check on her throughout the evening and cover with a light blanket as it cooled.

Have you got any ice? Put a big bowl of ice and water in front of the fan and it works like AC. It does drop the temp quite quickly!!

Just put your baby to sleep in a nappy with no covers. They'll be reet, just a bit sweaty

He's 19 months now so I guess more of a toddler then a baby Grin I will try the ice in front of the fan trick thank you!

You could try a spray like this. It was a godsend a hot summer a few years ago when I had little ones. It's a bit pricey. Now I just use a fine mist spray bottle with water in. Spray a little when out and about and before they go to sleep. Wrists, back of neck. Your DC might not like it of course but my two did.
