Tampax advert

I've just seen a very strange advert for Tampax tampons with the strapline 'Get 'em up there girls'. I found it a very odd advert - has anyone else seen it? I just found it a very weird way of trying to educate us on how to wear a tampon correctly. It felt more like something one of the lads might say? I'm assuming it was an ad agency team of men who created this ad - just feels wrong.

There have been a few threads about this advert. Agree it's awful.

Bloody patronising that the problem is womens stupidity and not the fact that our bodies are different and the product may not suit everyone or even contemplating the product is shit.

I'm.all for destigmatising periods. But this isnt how to do it

There are so many shit adverts at the moment.
This one is cringe.
It also forgets that tampax are appalling for the environment and can cause toxic shock syndrome and that's why they may be uncomfortable.
Then you have that stupid stamping advert about weak bladder. They look like a torture device mixed with Kim Kardashian's wardrobe choices.
As for the Jenny Eclair one, Envy not envy btw
