I dont really drink that much as always driving DS to his sport. Also been low carbing for a while. Weekends tend to have a beer or wine or if we go out the same. Recently I just dont enjoy it. Had a take out wine by the river tonight and just felt icky all night. Last week the same had a beer ar home and made me feel yuk the next morning.

Think Im going to go teetotal

I drink a lot less than I used to OP. Having kids did it for me. Laying off it when I was pregnant, then I was too anxious to drink when eldest was a baby. I was also on antidepressants and trying to lose weight. The only thing I was pregnant again. Then too anxious to drink again. Then on antidepressants and trying to lose weight again. Then I started working evenings and wasn't back home until late and had to get up early in the morning so there was no point.

I do still drink occasionally now. I've probably drank more in lockdown than I have in the last seven years. I don't enjoy it so much now. I always feel rough the next day if I have more than a couple.

I don't drink it anymore. I was drinking a bottle of wine every night for abut 4 years. Did try to stop a few times but always went back to it. Just didn't have it one evening as had to be up super early for something so didn't drink and haven't had any since..nearly four months now I think. Feel much better, clear headed etc with out it.

I have had an on off relationship with drinking. Did at uni, then stopped mid 20s started again, then the last few years have been stopping again
I can’t drink at all now for medical reasons. Being teetotal is way easier than drinking occasionally. People wonder why you choose to drink sometimes and not others. It’s just too hard.

It helps my husband is the most adorable drunk ever. His pronounciation becomes perfect!
