Difficulty getting holiday refund last minute.com

Hello our flights have been cancelled for our holiday in July and we were told a refund would be put through but nothing has happened .Every time we try to call there is no option available to talk to anyone. Any advice please is so welcome as we really need this money now

I've been waiting 8 weeks for mine

Is it a refund for the flight or the hotel. I always book free cancellation hotels. I have just received a easyjet flight refund but it took 2 months. Have you got an email from booking.com confirming the refund.

No we do not have an email confirming the refund we were told over the phone . We are so exasperated not able to talk to anyone

Did you pay by credit card? If so ask credit card holder to apply for a charge back, they'll refund you the money. I think some banks are also doing this for debit cards too.
