We are currently living in Chessington in greater london/surrey and thinking of moving out for a bigger place to live.
We have 3 small children with the youngest being a new baby and I wont be returning to work for a few years yet so our borrowing is limited. Was wondering if anyone can recommend any areas that are nice places to live but very cheap as 250k mark is our budget for the time being?
