Ordered and after a lengthy delay received dying plants from Gardening Express . Have raised a support ticket over 5 weeks ago which has not been answered.
Anyone else having similar problems?

There was a long thread on here the other day about them and the consensus was they’re shit, avoid and if you’re stung speak to your card provider to get the money back.

Oh no I ordered from them a few days ago quite an expensive tree!!
I would recommend "gardeners dream" reasonable price and delivery within 3 days x

It did say 2-4 weeks for delivery so could have some wait to see if my tree comes ok x

They are impossible to communicate with . I appreciate that they have been busy due to garden centres being closed but they took my money in early April . Lots of positive reviews on their FB site but I wonder how real they are as anyone I know who ordered from them are having similar problems.

I think it’s probably best that I speak to my bank and try get my money back , feeling scammed .

Sorry to see this, I got an order in with them right at the beginning of lockdown, got really great, healthy plants. I posted on the other thread, but it sounds like they still can't cope with the volume. They really shouldn't take on more than they can deal with. Hope you get sorted.

If they can’t cope with the volume, they should maybe unfurlough some workers.

£35 for a diseased twig. I reported them to Trading Standards. Doesn’t seem to have changed anything.Confused

They're awful. I placed two orders early April. One came 7 weeks later and was okay. The other took 9 weeks, half the plants were dead and the other half were the wrong variety. No resolution yet as they're impossible to get in contact with. I wouldn't use them again.

I ordered on 12th April and after a few unanswered support tickets, my plants finally arrived a couple of weeks ago. It was really disappointing! The plants were good quality but they would have been equally good quality from elsewhere... without the ridiculous wait time

I think I will also report to trading standards . There is no way to communicate other that support tickets which are being ignored.
