If two households can mix, can you stay overnight at another household???

As the subject says!!! I’m extremely excited about (hopefully!!!) being able to visit and stay at my mums!!!!!! Is this right???

Yes but you have to socially distance at the same time so no hugs, staying 2m apart according to the BBC.

my sister is already in a bubble with my Mum as Mum lives alone. As she's already bubbled up with her, I won't also be able to go and visit and stay over, will I? (we live over 4 hours away so it would have to be an overnight visit)
