Sorry for boring thread but I'm infuriated.
I'm tired of flabby sweet potato chips. Whatever I do they seem to go wrong.
Short of buying them in a packet .. how do you get them lovely and crispy? I've got 2 huge sweet potatoes and I want to eat them but its too hot for mashing or making or stewing.
