Random, but what are the nicest/top tier supermarket ready meals you’ve tried? I have a lot going on and cooking is the last thing on my mind, in fact I’m pretty bored of my own cooking now!

My husband loves the food from Cook. I find a lot of other supermarket stuff to be very bland even though they claim to season it.

Meant to add their link www.cookfood.net/. He’s also vegetarian and loves all their curries and eggplant dishes.

Cook are the best. They claim to be just like home made, which is well-founded. I eat low carb, and most supermarket ranges contain potatoes, pasta or rice, and no good for me (I don't tolerate high carb food well). Many of the Cook ranges don't contain high carb ingredients, and I can add my own veg which suits me very well. They do a huge range of dishes including Asian meals, and some very nice puddings too. I'm lucky enough to have a Cook shop fairly local, so easy enough to do a shop there, although during lockdown I've had meals delivered ( minimum spend £60 for free delivery).

M+S do some nice ones. Well the pasta based ones anyway because they are the only ones I like.

I’ve recently tried M&S really pleased with them. The chicken tikka masala is the best I’ve ever tasted! And they do a wide range of meals from bangers and mash to India and chicken meals.

I agree M&S ready meals. Usually on offer too.
