Avon as a job?

Was wondering if anyone has worked for Avon recently or currently still are. I've heard it's changed over the past few years (no minimum amount to earn commission etc). Just wanted some recent experiences, and whether you can actually earn some decent money with it. Thanks.

A friend of mine has done it for at least the 20 years I've known her, but I don't think she's ever made all that much money out of it. More of a hobby with a bit extra left at the end.
Seemed like an awful lot of faff for very little reward to me.
