Unfortunately ,they are not the type of people you can talk to ,specifically him hes very arrogant, I've been in my house for 18 years with no problem with any neighbour's until now they moved in about 2 years ago and with this lockdown it's just gotten worse ,and yeah ok there stuck in like everyone else but that still no excuse for all the noises that come from there, I've even at to start sleeping in my living room as its drowns the noise out slightly, so thing I need to move
