Toilets at Waterloo?

I am coming to London on Saturday and wondered if anyone know that state of play with the toilets at Waterloo station. Are they open?

Don't specifically know about Waterloo but I have been to a few mainline London stations and all the toilets are open.

Yes, they're open. And you don't have to pay for them any more!
