Along from my house! I’m not 100% sure what he is, but he was exhausted and I gave him a lift to the pond area he was heading across the path to!

I bet he's a baby newt, and I also bet that he's really grateful! 🦎

Aw bless you. I saw a grass snake yesterday about to head into the busy road, luckily a very nice man doing his garden was there and he moved him to safety.

I’m taking DD there tomorrow to search for more wee creatures needing a hand across the path! He was heading in the direction of this pond so I let him run off my hand in the nice cool grass next to it. The next week shall be spent on wee lizard watch.
