So having never shopped onoine with Next, I made a fair sized order which arrived first week of June. Some of the items are awful on me and I was intending to take back to store tomorrow (work 6 days a week so haven't had time before...) BUT I've just checked online and realised I was supposed to notify them, and I haven't Sad am I stuck with the stuff now?! Can't get through to customer service to find out...
This is why I never shopped online before, I'm too dumb for this!

I’ve always found Next to be really good with returns. I order online & return to store (pre-Covid) without notifying beforehand & it’s never been an issue.

They're being really generous at the moment anyway. Just take it back.

I've never pre-notified them as far as I can remember. They're really good for returns.

I noticed they had a restrictive returns policy when I ordered something recently. I'd go into the shop and ask nicely.

Decided to take a chance and dash to store and am pleased to say items were accepted without question! Thanks all Smile

I have always found next to be good. However I ordered online and requested return by courier (all our stores are still closed). There was a problem with the barcode so the courier refused to take the parcels - it was sorted with new labels but after a really difficult time getting hold of next - phone (no answer), chat (unavailable), email (7 day response time). Hopefully they will go back to reliable next very soon.

I have some items to return and am finding the returns policy quite confusing.
No local stores open to return in store as yet.
I can ring and return via courier (for £2 I think) and I have to mark the returns note with the code for reason of return, however there are no codes and no spaces to write like usual returns notes.
I rang the number to request a returns note (thinking I maybe didn’t have the correct one in my parcel) and it’s just a prepaid label for Royal Mail so does this mean I can use this and drop off at the post office? Do I still pay the £2 or is it more?

I didn't get charged the £2 courier fee with a return I sent 3 weeks' ago (it took 3 weeks to be credited).

I just sent stuff back...I went to my account..clicked a few things and left in my porch and it was collected ...did take a bit longer to be credited the money though
