Can anyone explain what this actually is?
I’ve seen it recommended over and over on other threads and looked it up but I’m none the wiser. I need something to help me lose weight as I’ve completely plateaued, but I’m reluctant to subscribe without understanding what I’m subscribing to. The site mentions “education” about nutrition. What does that mean? How easy is it to apply day to day? Is it time consuming, needing special ingredients, cooking separate meals for me and my family etc? How hard is it to follow? Is it personalised? Can it be cancelled easily if it doesn’t work? I’m kind of sceptical about spending money on this sort of thing, but also desperately need to shift a stone to a stone and a half!

You can’t cancel within twelve months, I’ve tried twice! I don’t like it. I’ve got myself a normal PT and tracking and checking in daily with him and I’m losing weight that way. I’m sorry I personally feel RH is shite - no support really, they do these videos and posts but in reality the actual trainers are nowhere to be seen to help!

My friend is obsessed with this and she tried to get me to sign up.
I found them rude and patronising.
Not for me.

I know a few people who swear by it and have lost lost of weight, but they are all exercisers who have embraced the steps challenge . Its all based around ‘macros’ ie gms of protein, fibre , fat etc every day so you need to tailor your food to hit your target. A number of people have said that Initially they find it hard to hit the fibre target but often hit protein targets with powders. You also have to drink a fair amount of water and commit to a certain number of steps or equivalent a day (they like 15,000 but you can go for less but that will impact your calories.)

Because its so macro focussed you need to weigh all your food or eat from packets. You also need to log everything.

The guy is very sweary but friends just tend to watch the odd video then follow the principles. I also understand all support is done in public via fb rather than privately.
