Should I tip removers

I’m moving house next week. Haven’t done so for a looong time and have booked a removal company. Should I tip the removal men ( I met them yesterday and they are all male) and if so how much per head?

We tipped ours £50 (5 of them) as they were so great. Perhaps wait and judge the service, but have the cash ready?

We tipped ours a decent amount (can’t remember the exact amount but probably around £50). They were real troupers and did a great job.
