Top tips for managing workload

I’m struggling. WFH full time and trying to homeschool 3 dcs (yrs6&7). Always worked in customer orientated role so time management has always been dictated by that.
Now I’m computer based, with work to process and emails to send.
I’m spending too much time working. I need to become more productive in less time. I don’t know how to focus. Any tips?

End of every working day, write a list of things you need to do the next day. Then allocate a priority number to each one. Do not constantly be on email throughout the day. Allocate a time slot to look at and deal with emails. (If you have an email alert that pops up on the side of the screen, turn it off!)

Even working in 30 minute bursts with time off in between to see to the kids, you will still be more productive.
