How much does your weight fluctuate?

Over a few days, I mean. Mine seems to change by huge amounts, like half a stone. Is this even possible? Maybe I need new scales...

3lb

Not much in a couple of days. Maybe 2lbs either way if I really try.

By a stone. But it can be confusing as I have two sets of scales and their is a stone difference. Think I know which or is more accurate and unfortunately it,s not the lighter one.

A couple of pounds. Half a stone is very surprising.

Half a stone in a day difference not unusual for me at all. I think it used to be less, more like 4lbs or so, but now if I weigh first thing and then later in the day after numerous drinks and food, I'm usually 5-7lbs heavier. I do drink a lot of water though.

3lbs max. Half a stone to a stone seems a lot.

Depends what time I put it on in the bathroom. Generally on the same one about 2-3lbs. If I put the scales downstairs I lose a stone Hmm shitty house

Tile* not time.

I don't know why you need to weigh yourself so often? You shouldnt need to be weighing yourself more than weekly, as you're bound to fluctuate just due to your monthly cycle.

I haven't got on the scales once since lockdown in March, because to begin with I knew I'd put on the pounds I could tell just by looking in the mirror, because I had stopped my regular gym and swim, even though I did outdoor cycling during the nice weather in April and May.

I upped my activity level and banned biscuits and cappuccino which had become a bad habit.

I still haven't weighed myself but I have lost the belly fat. I just didn't want to torture myself!

6lbs. I retain a lot of water. I can lose 4lb overnight. Doctor won’t investigate. Apparently it’s a woman thing. I have Endo and fibroids
