What's bitten me with a picture of the bite

My arm has just gone incredibly itchy.

Look at these lumps it looks like
Something with two teeth has bitten me. All I can think about is a false widow because I am terrified of spiders but I'd of seen it surely and we don't get them in the North West do we?

looks like horsefly bites to me! They do itch abominably.

Calamine and some antihistamines should sort it!
