Online meetings triggering migraine

Hi,
Looking for any tips, please. I've been doing a lot of teaching and meetings online, using Zoom and Microsoft Teams. All went fine for ages, but in the last couple of weeks, I've been getting a lot of migraines and they are now triggered by even a few seconds on one of these platforms. I'm fine with using my laptop for everything else - hours a day, no problem, but as soon as I go into one of these meetings, I immediately start feeling sick and migrainey and it lasts for ages afterwards.
I've had nearly a week away from them, to see if it would calm down, and tried again with brightness down as low as possible and screen off to the side so that I was only glancing at it occasionally but still had the same effect.
Is there anything I can do to stop this? Thanks!

Is your screen set to native resolution? Other causes may be refresh rate, colour temperature (the higher, the more blueish), or your eye flicking between distant and close focus. Can you ask for sound-only?

OK< I'll have a tinker with my settings - thank you!
