Is anyone able to help me with something please?
DM lives a bit of a distance away from us and we are both currently shielding, so we can't visit to see if we can help.
We have had phones with Call Guardian built in, for quite some time, which stopped so many cold calls coming through. DM then bought the same phone, which also stopped so many cold calls.
She switched from Talk Talk to Sky, as her phone and internet provider and her call guardian stopped working. It either insisted on everyone saying their name before being connected, or if she turned call guardian off, anyone could call her, including cold calls, as it also does not show the number of who is calling on her display screen.
Thinking her phone was broken, she bought a brand new one and having sat and put all of her numbers into the phone, she found that call guardian still wasn't working properly.
Could it be a Sky filter or something stopping it working properly, does anyone know?
