Can anyone recommend a multivitamin for young teens that is free of gelatine and artificial sweeteners please?

try these. they are expensive but it is a one month supply and they don't contain any gelatine/artificial sweeteners.

Do they need them? With a reasonable mixed diet and going outside for vitamin D they're unlikely to require additional nutrients. Heavy periods might need iron supplements.

Yes I think they do. Before COVID started I was told I was severely deficient in Vit D after a blood test and I was told if I was deficient then it was likely other family members are too. Plus mine only leave the house once a week. It's bad I know about that but we had a massive argument last time we went on family walk. They don't what to go anywhere and they are both taller than me. I banned phones for a while but that didn't work either. I just want to get them a multi vitamin to make sure they have backup.

my teens just get 10ug vit d3 a day.
supermarket own tablets.
they eat us out of house and home a varied diet, therefore we don't think other vits are necessary at this moment.

Vitabioctics teen - amazon are cheapest for this brand but it is sold in Holland and Barrett , the usual shops.
My teen kept getting sore lips and had molluscom and a nurse said could be caused by low zinc levels.
Put ds on these year ago and really perk him up.
