Havfever

I used to suffer really bad with hay fever as a child/teenager.
I’m now 44 and haven’t had it for years. But omg the last few days I’m really suffering with sneezing, a streaming nose itchy eyes, scratchy throat etc
I’ve taken Anti Histamines and had no relief at all.

Anyone else the same? Is the pollen really that bad this year? I thought I’d grown.out of it..

I always suffer, but the last couple of days have been really bad. Normally June is my worst time for hayfever, but this is at the worst end of my worst time… If that makes sense.

Yes me too, I didn't start having hayfever until I was in my thirties. These are the only tablets that work for me.

Thanks for the replies, sorry to hear you are both suffering too!
I’ve just googled the pollen count in my area and apparently it’s grass pollen that really high atm.
Thanks hired I’ll check out those ones to see if they make a difference, because this is so weird I just can’t stop sneezing!
I was wondering if it was because I’m usually at work in an aircon office but working from home atm with doors and windows open!
