Confused about how many bottles a day and when

I always seem to be either feeding my baby food or a bottle (FF). He is having 4×200 ml a day plus breakfast, lunch and dinner. My timings are a bit off but recently he has picked up a night feed as his last bottle is around 5 pm.

I'm struggling to work out a routine for him and think bigger food portions would be better and 3 x 200 ml bottle and then the odd night feed won't be so bad. He doesn't seem to have a natural full up button with bottles. He drains them every time. He is nearly 7 months.

What are other people's routines for their babies.

would he take more in a bottle? 7 months is quite young to drop to 3 bottles

At that age mine had milk at 7, 11, 3, 7 plus 1 in the night
They had food at 8, 12 and 5

Oh I read somewhere that they need 500 ml a day. He has between 800 - 1000 ml a day so thought I was over feeding him Blush he's a chunky baby so I didn't want to give him too much.

Those times are similar to mine except I'm running an hour earlier as he likes to join the birds for a morning chorus at 5.30 am!!!

Its a minimum of 20oz/approx 600mls at that age
